Simple easy yard signs

Our goal is to make your special occasion extra special. So we make the process for ordering your yard decorations easy.

1. Book your decorations from our inventory page

2. We'll call and verify the address and date to make sure everything arrives as planned

3. The day of delivery we will set up

4. When you're event is over we'll take the sign away, nothing else for you to do. 

Simple and Easy

  • What is included in the price?
    Delivery, set up and take down are included in the greeting fee. Once the order is confirmed and payment is made all you have to do is enjoy your display for 24 hours.
  • How do I know my date is available?
    You can view the availiable dates by selecting a sign on our bookings page or feel free to call with your request to confirm the items you would like in your display and that they are available for your date. We will also help you to customize the greeting to your special recipient.
  • What is you are booked on the date I would like?
    We will do our best to accommodate your request. As long as we have inventory available for your date we will come up with a display you will enjoy.
  • Can I place a special order?
    We will accommodate special orders that are placed at least 10 days before the delivery date. Surcharges may apply depending on the order. Please call and we’ll make arrangements to delivery what you need when you need it.
  • Can I keep the greeting longer than 24 hours?
    Yes, an additional fee will apply.
  • When is payment due?
    Payments are due at the time of the order. We accept all cards through Square and cash payments through Venmo.
  • Does someone need to be there for delivery?
    We provide contactless delivery and pick up, no one needs to be at the delivery site, unless there are special circumstances that prevent us from access to the property, or a payment is due.
  • What is your policy for damaged goods?
    Once the greeting is delivered, you are responsible for all items in the display. We will text you when the delivery is complete. Damaged or missing items are charged at the full retail value (approx. $10 per item). Please do not move or remove any item.
  • What is your refund policy?
    Refunds will be issued only if weather does not permit delivery and we cannot reschedule. Refund will also be issued at 50%, if you cancel an order at least 24 hours before your delivery date and it cannot be rescheduled.
  • No refunds will be issued:
    If you special order items. If the homeowner or recipient stops up from putting up the display. If the homeowner or recipient calls us to remove the display. If the wrong address is provided on the order. If we are not able to get to the property, because of a security guard/gate. If the delivery crew feels unsafe or intimidated at the delivery site. Any other reason that is beyond our control
  • What signs are permitted?
    Happy Yard Savannah reserves the right to refuse any order that is political, controversial, lewd or disrespectful. Our signs are meant to be celebratory and any other purpose is up to our discretion to refuse the order.
